LG uncovers Optimus F5 and Optimus F7,LTE enabled droids

Yes,the LG F series droids are no more secret. The both a LTE enabled droids. The LG F series is now official with the LG Optimus F5 and Optimus F7. All this happen after teasing so much and we thanks for so much patience to LG droid lovers.

At the event LG CEO Jong-seok Park says"With adoption of LTE expected to explode in 2013, we are sending a clear message to con-sumers with the Optimus F Series that LTE isn’t just for heavy content users and techies anymore. It’s for everyone.”

LG Optimus F5: L5 Optimus packs a 4.3-inches IPS LCD display with qHD resolution (256ppi), powered with a1.2GHz dual-core processor adn to make it faster it has 1GB RAM and a 5 Megapixel camera.The L5 Optimus packs 8GB of onboard storage and microSD card slot too for memory expansion. The F5 measures dimensions of 126.0 x 64.5 x 9.3mm .

LG Optimus F7:This is a hing end droid  and it features a little larger display than F5. It has a 4.7-inches True HD IPS 720p display (312ppi) and a 1.5GHz dual-core processor with 2 GB of RAM. L7 has an 8 Meagpixel  camera and 8GB (Same as L5) of onboard storage (a microSD card slot too). The F7 measures dimensions of131.7 x 68.2 x 9.6mm.

in terms of software both the devices runs on  4.1.2 Jelly Bean and it has advanced interface like LG Optimus G Pro. For instance it has QSlide multitasking which enables you  to run two apps on the screen (also it makes flexible to resize, move and opacity changes of apps running in one row) and Live Zooming, enables user for pinch zoom even when you are watching a video.

Both the devices has powerful batteries inside. The LG Optimus F7 comes with a 2,540mAH battery,while F5 follows same steps with a little bit smaller 2,150mAH.

Availability:Nothing  much was said about their availability but LG Optimus F5 will be launched in Europe in Q2,long with the Optimus F7 on selected carriers. Both phones will enjoy global launch though exact details for that will be released later.but schedule is not confirmed yet.

Let is wait for MWC which is about to begin and there we will see what companies will bring there. Also in this MWC we can get some more light on flexible display smartphones as shown by Samsung in CES 2013.
