This month could be great for Samsung lovers because Samsung is working on a 5-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display for Q1 of this year as they stated earlier and Now DDaily is sharing about some secret dates – according to
industry sources, the display will be produced on mass scale at the Samsung
Display plants near the end of this month
The screen will have 440ppi pixel density and according to DDaily,it will be manufactured using Samsung’s FMM (Fine Metal Mask) method, which indicates towards a PenTile display but this is a expected thing and could vary from original pack.
According to sources these display units will reach Samsung Electronics in early March and in April the successor of Samsung Galaxy S III will be on shelves. Or maybe they'll manage to produce enough units for a late March release.
