The peoples of age group of 35 to 60 are commonly suffered from high BP.This is due to un-healthy eating habits and stressful lifestyle.And high BP can cause many diseases related to heart.We are listing here some foods which can help you to maintain your high BP.

Dark Chocolate:This is one of popular food among the peoples world wide and this also can help you to maintain your BP too.It is proved that eating about 30 calories a day ( less than half an ounce of dark chocolate) has can lower BP.Dark chocolates have Flavanols,which are known to improve several important cardiovascular risk factors and also reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases.Also if you are feeling stress then dark chocolate is also useful to you.It is found that eating a moderate amount of dark chocolate every day can help to reduce the hormones in your body that are responsible for stress.

 Spinach:It is a vegetable loaded with a lots of minerals.It has magnesium.This mineral helps you to lower your stress level by keeping you in a calm state.It is also is also full of foliate, calcium and, iron.This is the favourite food of cartoon character 'Popoye the Sailor Man.'So if your child lacks iron or other stated minerals then you can motivate them by showing this character to eat spinach and they will eat too.

Tomato:This is on of common ingredient in our food.But this is a magical fruit which can help to reduce BP and Stress.It is rich in lycopene and other important antioxidants that helps reduce blood pressure.Also according to a study publish in Nutrition Journal Drinking tomato juice can reduce the oxidative stress that results from many physical activity.Also it contains a lot of water and if you are patient of dehydration then you can eat it frequently but kidney stone patients are not advised to eat it.


Skimmed Milk:Milk is one of the healthiest food present around the world.It contains calcium, potassium and vitamin D, three nutrients that work together to reduce blood pressure levels by about 3 to 10 percent.So have a glass of milk in your food and get rid from PB problems.


Soyabeans:They have ample potassium. When potassium is low, the body retains sodium and too much sodium raises blood pressure. When amount of potassium reached high, the body gets rid of sodium, keeping the BP low. Soybeans also has isoflavones, which help to lower the blood pressure level.
