Nokia wins a patent issue against HTC in Germany

The Nokia wins patent suit against HTC in Germany. The court decided that HTC used a battery-saving patent in three of it's smartphones which was owned by Nokia.Nokia is fighting  22 cases against HTC and this was one of them.

Nokia expressed its satisfactions via an email testament:
"Nokia is pleased with this decision, which confirms the quality of Nokia's patent portfolio."

The patent is about  a power saving while  mode when a device is connected to a network. It was used by three HTC phones, but all of them are already discontinued in Germany so the ruling won't affect HTC sales in the country.

Now HTC is preparing to appeal the decision in German and English courts.
