After the launch of Galaxy S4 , LG officially announced its Smart Video feature for
the Optimus G Pro, and later Samsung Galaxy S4 also boats similar Smart Pause
feature for its flagship and then LG again argued that Samsung violates its eye-tracking patent with Smart Pause.
The patent for this smart eye feature was applied in 2009, but LG suspects that it's
domestic rival is violating more patents from far back as 2005 but naturally Samsung denied the accusations, mentioning that they are using another methodology to implement its Smart Pause feature.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 hits the market next month and LG will start investigation about patent violations done by Samsung. But we are sure that LG and Samsung will go to court to solve out patent issue when both the Optimus G Pro and Galaxy S4 will go on sale.
