Directionless dieting habbit can cause overweight

According to a new research the result of directionless dieting can cause more weight in future instead of fat loss.According to health specialists the reason behind it can be the change in digestion process.As per report published by Buckingham and women hospital of Boston ,when the weight is controlled in care of experts then it is effective but without their directions when teenagers adopt dieting,then it cause harmful and opposite results.

In this research 9-14 years 16,000 teenagers were included.When researchers asked teenagers about their diet,then researchers found that the teenagers who were dieting  and were taking low calorie food gained more weight in comparison of those who were not dieting. After this research it was concluded girls who use to do dieting loss weight but their weight was more in comparison of girls who were not dieting.So take advise of expert while going on dieting.Unless instead of losing weight you will get even more weight then you was.
