Nokia joins Apple to secure injunction ,now Samsung will say no to copy

After patient fight of  Apple with Samsung,Nokia is also worried about their patents.That is why Nokia and Apple coupled and now Nokia will support  Apple to secure injunctions on many Samsung's product.The Finnish giant will stand aside to support the Apple Inc in its patent cases in court appeals.

Taking a more step to support Nokia is filling at the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington said that the decision of court was wrong in denying the Apple's appeal for the injunction. Also the Apple requested to the the Federal Circuit to put appeal in fast track manner and immediate hearing schedule. The court however has rejected Apple's argue and case has been handed to a three member judge panel.

Three years ago Apple and Nokia were enemies and Nokia filed legal proceedings against Apple but now they are together to fight against Samsung.
