The 703.82 lakh crores ruppes advertising campaign played the most important part in success of Samsung Galaxy S 3 and Galaxy Note 2.Due to this there is 38% increase in profit of Samsung.In comparison to 2005 company spend 7 times in advertising campaign.It is amazing that company is spending 12 times in marketing in comparison to research and development.
Recently company sold 110 crore galaxy devices.This success is only due to their marketing strategy. Company's this budget was to strike out Apple.The company gave punchline "the next big thing is already here" in Galaxy Ace 3 advertisement and the target was iPhone.Also company's full page print ad "iit doesn't take a genius" was also memorable.Samsung spend a lot in ads meant by Labren James and James Franco.Also they spend a big part in sales promotion,public relations and sponsorship.
In 2013 company can increase this spent.On launch of Samsung Galaxy S4 company will celebrate "Samsung Experience in times square" on NewYork times square.Also company launched Unicorn application series this year.Hope this year we will see something different in ads and these are already trending with trailer of Galaxy S 4.
