It is not a HD display device but it is nicely equipped. It packs a 4.3-inch IPS screen of qHD resolution (960x540 pixels). At the back it has an 8MP camera with auto focus. The Intel Atom Z2420m chipset (codenamed as Lexington) has a main x86 processor, running at 1.2GHz. This is a single-core CPU with support for Hyper-Threading and reasonable performance at a budget price.

The chipset enables hardware-accelerated 1080p encoding, decoding and also enables camera to catch 5 still images in a second. The device will come with Android ICS (Ice Cream Sandwich) OS on board in packing but there is information whether it will be upgraded to Android JellyBean or not but to get good selling results it can switch Android ICS to JellyBean like other mobile companies.
